Retire a Worn Flag

If your U.S. flag is faded, torn, or no longer suitable for display, you can bring it to VFW Post 5422 for respectful retirement.

Drop-off location

Place the flag in the flag drop-off box outside the front door at 557 W. Baltimore St., Wilmington, IL 60481. Fold it and keep it dry before drop-off when possible.
